The Crisis Care Hamper drive was a life-line to many families during the COVID-19 Lockdown. Over 400 Hampers were delivered. Since, we have continued this act of compassion to the vulnerable.
The CRISIS CARE HAMPER is Expanding its REACH.
CARE VOUCHER – This makes it possible for families to purchase food and other essentials like sanitary and light bulbs.
EDU-CARE – This makes it possible for children to have access to basic education and easing the costs on impoverished families. EDU-CARE will endeavour to assist in school fees, uniforms and stationery.
These collective initiatives of CARE HAMPER, VOUCHER, EDU-CARE, is our collective way of providing CARE and PROVIDING HOPE, DIGNITY and JOY.
We can all make a Big difference in some Small way! Let’s show we CARE!.
The CRISIS CARE HAMPER distribution is an initiative of CHRIST CHURCH PHOENIX (Emmanuel Church Phoenix, member of REACH-SA). Part of our SERVICE to the community involves providing CARE for those in Need as an expression of our Faith.
We are reminded of both the Physical and Spiritual NEEDS of humanity. Along with our Faith commitment to Spiritual Care is our responsibility to Physically Care.
This is a localized initiative addressing the plight of the vulnerable in our community. The CARE Ministry of CCPX seeks to be a holistic source of Care by Sharing a gift of Love in Kind. We invite you to contribute towards any of these initiatives.
